These terms govern your use of the WusoolGrowth website and marketing services. By using the site or subscribing to any plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

WusoolGrowth provides WhatsApp automation, content management, local SEO and growth support for businesses in Qatar, as described in the plan you select at the time of subscription.

2. Subscription & billing

• The first month is free; billing starts from the second month unless you cancel before then.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• No long-term lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the information and access needed to deliver the service (such as social accounts and your Google Business Profile), and that any content or offers you ask us to publish are lawful, accurate and compliant with the laws of the State of Qatar.

4. Results

Figures shown on this website are representative results from real clients; individual outcomes vary by business and market conditions. We do not guarantee a specific result, and we commit to a transparent monthly performance report.

5. Intellectual property

Content we create for you under a subscription becomes yours once your dues are settled. Our internal tools, methodologies and templates remain the property of WusoolGrowth.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for outages or changes on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, hosting providers) beyond our control. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep services running.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
